Apple International have forged themselves an enviable reputation for the supply of high quality production equipment for the production of Muffins, Bar Cakes/Twinkies, or Cup Cakes. Every aspect of the production of Muffins can be catered for with the considerable range of equipment available from Apple International.

Depositing

The MR900 series depositor is pneumatically operated and can be supplied with four sizes of product cylinder. This provides an accurate depositing weight range of 20-1250g, up to 60 cycles per minute. The machine is extremely robust and is designed to withstand the most demanding conditions with the minimum maintenance. ‘Lubrication free’ pneumatic components can be fitted as an option.

Decorating

Over the last few years, Apple has invested significantly on a research and development program in order to create, design and manufacture a fully automatic and real three dimensional Multi-Axis Universal Decorating Machine.

Systems

Apple International designed and manufactured the worlds first successful "Border Free" Pizza Sauce depositing and spreading system. It was the result of many months research and exhaustive tests and is now part of the innovative range of machinery, all built to the most exacting standards. Many manufacturers offer systems which can spread only smooth puree' type sauces onto flat bases.

Conveyors

One of the attractive features of the multi-pitch tray indexing track is the ability to process trays with varying insert configurations. The indexing pitch required is simply programmed into the operator interface panel built into the main control panel. Once each tray configuration is programmed, the program is then saved into the menu selection screen within the operator panel for future use.
